We want our guest to have an enjoyable and memorable stay. To help us provide you with the best possible service, please review the following policies and understand our need to abide by them.

CHECK IN: Our check in time is 4 PM
CHECK OUT: Our check out time is no later than 11 a.m.. Late check outs have to be approved prior. Late check outs without prior approval could result in additional fees. Our cleaners will arrive between 11:15 - 11:30 a.m..
Occupancy/RATES: Our rates are based on a Six person maximum occupancy.

NO additional over night guest are allowed.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOWS: PLEASE take the time to read our cancellation policy as we will strictly adhere to our policy. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for the unexpected life events.
Any cancellations received 14 day or less prior to your schedule date of arrival will be charged for the full balance of your reservation including any add-ons.
MINIMUM STAYS: We require a two night minimum stay.
SMOKE-FREE FACILITY: We are proud to offer a smoke-free environment. Smoking or Vaping is not permitted inside. We will assess a $500 fee to your credit card for any violations of our no smoking policy. If the house is damaged or requires an excessive amount of cleaning; an additional cleaning fee will be assessed the value of repair or replacement. We offer outside designated smoking areas with proper disposable options.
This policy includes all types of tobacco, e-cigs, incense etc.
PETS: We are ultimate dog lovers and encourage you to bring your family friend with you, we do have a 3 dog maximum and we charge $50 additional for the extra cleaning that is required to prepare the home for our next guest. We ask that you clean and pick up after your pets. We provide towels for your pets under the dog washing station and ask that NO white towel be used on pets or outside of home.
CANDLES: As required by law and fire code, and for the safety and security , we are unable to allow the use of open flames such as candles, incense, wax warmers, etc.
FIRE PIT: We do have a fire pit however we do not provide wood, please bring fire wood or source it locally.
INTERNET: We have Starlink (the fastest and most reliable internet)
POLICY MODIFICATIONS: We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement in order to satisfy the need of our guest, property, and service providers with notification.
HOTTUB: Available for your use

INFORMATION:

Things you might want to bring with you. Fire wood, bottled water, coffee, sugar, paper products, extra toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags, insect spray sun block, flashlights, beach towels. We supply travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, so you might want to bring extra.
